If you are currently enrolled family (or instructor) at Image Dance and would like to receive notices when there are updates to the ImageDanceCo.net website and the password to the Member Login, complete the form below.
BE ADVISED: By clicking the "SEND" Button below the enrolling family agrees to the following:
1. Do not share Member Login information with others.
Those interested in access to the Member Pages must complete the enrollment process;
2. Do give permission to Image Dance Company & Academy to send information via email to the email addresses provided. For accuracy, please keep registration information current with management;
3. Do agree to the limit of no more that 2 email addresses per client family.
4. Do agree to maintain the privacy of the contents of the Member Pages to only current clients (and instructors) of Image Dance Company & Academy;
5. Am aware that enrollment is manually verified by management and is not guarenteed if "current" status is not met. "Current" status is an actively enrolled client with paid-tuition or an active instructor.
6. Am aware that incomplete Client Web Enroll submissions may not be processed. Fields with "*" are required.
7. Am aware that false applications are unacceptable.
